Before we speak
Will someone new disrupt how my home already runs?
No. I begin by observing and listening, and nothing changes until you approve it. Your staff gain clear roles and instructions, and most families feel the house become calmer within the first weeks.
My staff have been with us for years. Will they be replaced?
Not at all. Good people are the heart of a home. I build around them, train them and give them the structure to do their best work. Any change in the team is made only with your agreement.
Can I trust you with my family's privacy?
Discretion is the basis of my work. Staff and suppliers sign NDAs, and the controls I put in place protect you from anyone, including me: dual approval of payments, inventories, and independent checks whenever you wish. I never name the families I have served.
We already have a PA or a family office.
Then your family gets covered from every angle. I work alongside them: they keep their focus, and I take the house, the staff, the residences and the projects, and support the diary where it helps.
What if we only need help with one part?
You can start part-time, with a single project such as a new residence, your manuals and SOPs or a move to the UAE, or with training and supervision of your team. The structure can grow from there.
What if something urgent happens at night or while we travel?
I am reachable around the clock, and your staff know the crisis procedures, so even the unexpected is handled calmly and you are never left alone.
What happens when you are not in the house?
The standard holds. I train your people to take on my role, then supervise their work from afar, so standards are always met. There is no extra charge for the training or for placing them: it is part of my work for your family.
Do you work with agencies?
No. Families appoint me directly, so your budget goes to your home and your people. If you prefer to hire some staff through an agency, I make sure its terms protect you.
How much do you charge?
I charge a monthly salary based on the size of your household, in line with a senior house manager. Anything extraordinary is always based on your needs and agreed in advance. I am flexible and fair, and you always receive more value than you pay for.
How quickly can we start?
I reply within one to two days. The assessment takes one day, and you receive my report with what I recommend and how long it will take. Then we agree when to begin.
